How To Make It

Aloopuri

Preparation Time- 20 Minutes

Cooking Time- 15 Minutes

Total Time- 35 Minutes

Servings- 15 Poori

INGREDIENTS-

  • 2 Cup Flour
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp suji
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 spoon chopped coriander

PREPARATIONS-

1- First take 2 cup floor in a bowl, then grated 2 boiled potatoes over it.

2- After that add 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp Turmeric powder, 1 tbsp Coriander powder, 1 tbsp suji Mix well.

3- Then add some water to make dough. & Add 2 tbsp Oil then cover it for 15 Minutes to make it soft.

4- Then make it small balls and roll it, after that heat kadhai add oil for frying.

5- Throw one to one in a frying oil, until it’s brown then flip it to the other side and take out to a plate.

6- Now Aloopuri is ready to eat, serve hot with curry or Chutney.
